1.NO WASHING OF CLOTHES IN THE HOSTEL ROOMS OR BATHROOMS
-A clothing washing area has been provided at the compound for washing clothes. Therefore, no one is expected to wash their clothes in the rooms or bathrooms.

2. NO FOUL LANGUAGE OR ABUSIVE WORDS ALLOWED
– No one should use offensive words or abuse towards a fellow house mates.
– At the instance of any miss understanding hostel mates should show maturity by peacefully handling the issue in a calm manner. In case the issue can’t be treated as such, Hostel mates should draw the attention of the Hostel Manager to assist in solving the issue.

3.MISHANDLING OF HOSTEL FACILITIES
– The facilities at the Hostel are the sole property of the owners of the Hostel. Therefore, anyone who mishandles any of the facilities will be held responsible and will be demanded to repair or provide a replacement thereof.

4.NOISE POLLUTION
– Each and every house member is free to carry on their daily activities but must do so without disturbance to a fellow hostel mate. Playing loud music or watching a movie or carrying out any other activity without considering the interest of a hostel mate is unacceptable. Preferably, use a headphone to listen to your music and movies so that you don’t disturb others, or get the approval of others likely to be affected before embarking on any such activity which is likely to cause a nuisance

– at dawn when everyone is asleep we encourage you to reduce your movements.

5.DONT KEEP COOKING PANS IN THE FRIDGE / FREEZER
– After cooking never put the Cooking pan in the fridge/freezer. Transfer your food to a plastic bowl before putting it in the Fridge/ Freezer

6.NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED

We are charging semester based fee (4 Months per semester) We reserve the right to change our fees as and when necessary. Please reserve your preferred room from the View Rooms section of our Website
